So, how exactly are they going to deal with Obito's bijuudamas?

Well, there are four of them.
Redirecting them can't be done due to Obito's barrier, so they have to be teleported.

Tobirama can handle one, that leaves three.
What Naruto and Minato try to accomplish, I don't know. But whatever they do, it's probably supposed to handle two or three bijuudamas, because for handling one of them Minato would be enough without Naruto's help.

But I really don't know if they can take on all remaining three of them.

Maybe they can, but I think Kakashi returning and warping one himself is an option.

yes kahashi is an option he already has wraped one before but I odnt think this can happen again until naruto gives him chakra like before. Also I really wana see naruto go all out with his recoved full bjuu mode for change. also his whole sage + bjuu mode looks like a contender now with minato linking the other half of the fox. Now naruto can in theory balance the chakra with YIN and Yang parts in contact with naruto now unlike before.

Nardo uses it in conjuction with his chakra and gives the Alliance the Kyuubi haxxed cloaks.
Since Minato can teleport niggas if his chakra touches them,then he will be able to teleport the whole alliance.Lolz.
