Is that a metaphor that I don't quite understand, or do you literally mean a "Human Tree"?

Ok now we all know that Hashirama has the ability to heal him self without hand signs I believe that this is due to the wood chakra molding with his DNA it has giving him the ability to do extraordinary things related to the life of a tree like the Senju clan also have a form of longevity which maybe links the Sons of Six paths giving their descent rare elemental scrolls
