I didn't state that Sasuke would use Senjutsu, I just said I see this coming... it could happen, we are talking about Sasuke after all. Naruto explicitely said that sage mode involves the use of nature energy...

And well, Kirin's energy is not produced from inside the caster body, so it's not made from chakra (spiritual energy + physical energy), it is summoned from the nature (from a storm). So try to think outside the box.

Oh well, by the time it happens (if it does), I'll just watch it with my popcorns xD.

You misunderstood me. Kirin is ninjutsu, not senjutsu I agree. But as the wiki explained it is made from Natural chakra. It was stated in the manga that Natural chakra is required to damage obito. It is unclear whether is specifically needs to come from senjutsu

whats the point of using it since it has no effect on Juubito ... and it will not happen ...

You need Ninjutsu chakra to move the colds in place and direct a strike,and sines you need Ninjutsu it's a failure.

Why not? I can see that happening too. Kirin is nature energy, although not a senjutsu move, but why not give it a shot?

Naruto decided to try Sage Mode and discovered that it works, Kirin is probably the closest thing to Nature energy that Sasuke can use so why not give it a shot?

I can see Sasuke going for Kirin first, maybe in a possible scenario that he misses and grazes Jubito, they discovered that Kirin works THEN I think that would be when Shikamaru can step in and help him utilize Kirin again more perfectly this time (w/ SA's help, of course). Just my two cents. Good thread.
