He had enough chakra left to seal away the Kyuubi

So Hashirama probably has something out to defeat Madara
and sasuke will probably steal the Rinnegan of Madara that makes Sasuke the final villian
even tho i hate Sasuke

Orochimaru could have told Sasuke that Madara has a Rinnegan

Hashirama didn't seal away the kyuubi after his battle with madara, he put it to sleep during the battle with his wood dragon then Mito sealed it within herself, pretty sure Hashi was knackered and almost out of chakra after V.O.T.E battle.

He put it to sleep, his wood dragon would have kept it that way until Mito arrived if Hashi had sealed it before Mito sealed it we woulda had conclusive proof fromthe manga by now.

Kurama could have woken up after Hashirama defeated Madara and there's proof of this since Hashirama was all bloodied and beaten up in Kurama's flashback.
