Sasuke is beyond the level of a god?

A couple of chapter back proved Sasuke has been holding back.. against a Semi-God, Obito. Why is that?

Think about it? Instead of having the flames of Amaterasu burn the battlefield, he's been putting them out.

Then Kishi pulls something out of Obito's ass. He can canceled Ninjutsu. Obito needed a plot shield because Sasuke was beyond of a god level and Kishi knew this. He would have soloed him via Amaterasu. Obito ability to cancel Ninjutsu is to balance Sasuke so he won't outshine the main character.

If Sasuke had Sage Mode, he would have soloed Obito with Amaterasu he threw here:

Obito ability to cancel Ninjutsu has just put Amaterasu as the number 2 soloing Jutsu. Right behind Totsuka Blitz no Jutsu.
