Strongest Shinobi because of pure hardwork

The title says it all. Who do you think is the strongest shinobi in Naruto as a result of JUST pure hard work and determination?

Without the use of any Senju DNA, did not belong to any OP clans or didn't have any tailed beast sealed inside them, I would pick Mighty Guy. This person, proved to be extremely strong. He was able to solo Kisame, and even goddamn Itachi warned the others to not underestimate him. He didn't belong to any credible clans such as Uchiha, Senju and Hyuga. He didn't have a Hokage or a Sannin as Sensei. He was just a normal dude with sheer determination as weapon.

Honourable mention is Lee.

Every ninja became strong because of hard work. Ninja's with special ability need to perfect their kekkei genkai. So that will too count as hard work.

Yeah probably Guy....I was thinking Orochimaru maybe the only thing he had was an kage sensei but thats about it...even if his willpower was illwilled it still was sheer willpower to learn all jutsu...and he is probably stronger than guy
