Is Minato weakest on the battlefield?

Minato is top 5 in my opinion, only because no one can even predict where he's going, the only person who can stop him probably in base speed is Jubito. If Tobirama's FTG can get to Jubito and land a hit then minato FTG can't be predicted by Jubito.

OT: So on the entire battlefield, you claim Minato is the weakest. I'd disagree. There are countless unnamed Shinobi even weaker than the weakest K11 role. Probably people weaker than Ino who is a support role as opposed to the combat role (Ignoring the op capabilities of Mind Transfer).
