OT: I just bought FF4, and Anthology, but I've yet to finish FF9 as well as Xenogears so it'll be a while before I play them. Although I've heard 6 is the better of the two.

ff4 - snes/ps = easiest version, ff4 gba harder, ff4 ds hardest



i beat ff4,ff7,ff8,ff9

i beat crisis core and i am half way done with dirge of Cerberus.

ff4 gba was epic .ff7 and ff8 are equally very good games. i like the plot of ff9 but trying to get max stats made me hate the gameplay lol.

im going to try and play ff6, because people talk about kefka a lot.

Exactly. I attended a Q&A once with Nobuo Uematsu, and when I asked who his favorite villain was he said Kefka was the best villain ever created.

but in terms of main characters: cecil,squal, zack and then cloud (because cloud thought he was zack for more than half of the game.) i also like Vincent valentine more than cloud. after cloud it would be zidane

Sephiroth is definitely one of the best, and still my personal favorite. Cloud was cool in the beginning because you didn't know about his past, but afterwards it was just like meh. Zack was more of a badass IMO, the way he went out in Crisis Core was simply legendary.

VII Is the most overrated Final Fantasy.
IX is the most Final Fantasy ever. So it's the best.
