Because the humans turned them evil, Look at that example, sasuke, he was good until itachi killed all the uchiha clan. So by that he must an animal because of that he became evil.

And why did he kill them? Because he had to be sealed again, Humans over the past years thought of the Bijuu's as a evil entity, And that's a reason Kurama didn't want to be sealed again, It was never his intention to kill them..He just didn't want to be sealed..But I know how you feel about them dying, But that doesn't mean it's evil.

Kyuubi wasn't sealed inside Kushina as a kid, He was from the time when So6P and his sons existed. There's a huge gap these two age generations. He suffered lot and that's why he couldn't believe any shinobi. When he saw that Minato's going to seal him inside Naruto (similar to using him) he attacked Naruto.
