Rather look at it this way, in order for someone to use izanami they need uchiha and senju dna (uchiha eyes rather). now so far it seems that any sharingan will do, but on the senju side it has been hashiramas dna that was specifically needed or used. the same with awakening the rinnegan. sureley Madara could have aquired senju dna much more risk free had he gone for any other senju, but he went all out for hashis and got himself beaten. well one could say that hashi had a strong inheritance of SO6P's physical energy even amoungst the senju, but why will any uchiha eye work??? next comparing the two clans, uchihas and senju, many uchiha had awakened their kekei genkai but only hashi is known to have possessed mokuton, so what equalising power did the rest of the senju have? incredible chackra? i think not. tsunade is a senju, a descendant of the great hashi, but she has never been praised for having a big chakra.

Hashirama is the strongest Senju. Why go for some fodder Senju's dna, when you can go for Hashi's? Hashi isn't the only Senju who could utilize mokuton, surely there could have been other Senju who had the potential to unlock it.

Hashi represents the younger son and has as much yang chakra as naruto does in bijuu mode

She does, and on top of that she had her yin seal. She id both Senju and Uzimaki, sure her mother or father would've been more more stronger and had far more chakra but she pretty much has the best of both worlds. And Tsunade possible can have mokuton but i dont think she got into elemental technique for one it's in her DNA to weild in her has hashirama Dna she is from his blood line, naruto proves that affinty's are transfers through DNA. Katsuyu and her place in the Sannin suggest that she is water, her strength suggest that she has a earth like affinty in her somewhere too, and her healing techniques she taught Sakura the poison thingy, some think she has lighting but i believe that was simply her chakra being converted into medical natured chakra to match the nervous system.

I agree that Tsunade had Immu chakra level's but I dnt think she is compatable to Rikage and is never mentioned in Manga...

Hate to break facts to you but uchihas can perform izanagi and inzanami without senju dna

nope, tobi stresses that you need both dna's to perform izanagi, which is why he tells konan 'i am the 2nd rikudo senin' and he also stresses the importance of both dna during danzo sasuke fight, in my case however i love to break this fact to you, enjoy it
