alright so luffy's bounty should have been higher than any other pirate in his eara wanna know why ?

first as you all know he's dragon's son that aside

2- he destroyed annes lobby
3-he broke into impal down and got out
4- he had a strong role in the war
5- defeated two shibukai's
6- fought garp the hero
7- fought sengoku the fleet admiral
8- fought the three admirals
9- fought against the strongest swordman
10 kicked a cristal dragon @ss !!!
11- and now he's planning to take down all the yonku's


how can someone like kidd or anyone surpass's that ? i know kidd killed alot of people but even though !!!

Yes, Luffy's bounty should be higher, but the Marines don't know about his new strength. Also, simply standing up against the Admirals and planning to take down the Yonko won't increase your bounty, actually defeating them will.

After the 400 mil bounty, he breaks into impel down, escapes impel down with prisoners, face the fleet admiral, garp, 3 admirals, they find out he has conqoures haki, they find out hes the son of dragon, hes gone for 2 years to train, he comes back much stronger with control of his haki and beats the sht out of pasifista with 1 blow and they still don't raise his bounty?

i think the bounty is placed based on the threat they poses, that means how strong they are.

Pretty sure there have been worse crimes. If someone attacked Mariejois successfully their bounty would be increased by 500 mil MINIMUM from what it already was.

the 400 mil bounty is for everything he did on shabondy, impel down and the war. if you look at all the supernovas bounties they account for two years worth of actions in the new world. Luffy's bounty just reflects on what he did in the first half of the grand line. he probably will get a higher bounty after taking down doflamingo or it will jump super high after taking down a yonko
