Well, Jiraiya has called Naruto the Jinchuuriki of the Nine-Tails, but he also knew the whole time that Naruto only had the Yang half of the chakra by his conversation with Gerotora (the Frog Key) before he went off to fight Pain.
What I feel like this could be, is that Minato and Naruto are both "full" Jinchuuriki, but of what became two separate beasts of the "original" Nine-Tails.
Minato used a jutsu that achieved a similar effect, for all intents and purposes, to Creation of All Things.
Still, the fact that the Kyuubi is only at half power, and managed to take on 6 tailed beasts without a big effort speaks a lot for its strength. I'd imagine that it is still a lot more powerful than the Hachibi.
A "pseudo-jink" is the absence of a tailed beast, but the ability to manifest it's chakra throughout your own body.
Naruto and Minato have actual, living beings inside of their body. So I'd just say they are Jinchuuriki of different parts of Kurama.
