Susano is made up of chakra, therefore Gakido > Susano + Totsuka and Yata mirror. Hope it makes sense. *_*

Totsuka is not chakra.....Already proven when Nagato got stabbed with Totsuka and he had a Preta Path shield on.. Yata is also not chakra

By the way, if Totsuka sword and Yata mirror were not made up of chakra, then they would've been different colors and not the same as Itachi's Susano. Also, it should've been shown that the weapons are able to become detached but they remained attached to the Susano thus implying that they are a part of Susano. :| Another thing is that Nagato lost due to plot. Does it not occur to you that the plot would be different if Nagato was still alive and never sealed. Firstly, Naruto, Killer B along with Edo Itachi would be killed and even if they did escape, he would still be an OP shinobi after Obito and Madara. U_U The Shinobi Alliance can't even deal with 2 villains, and they are struggling to defeat one of them so how the hell do you think they would've dealt with Nagato? Kishi has his ways and it seems logical. :yeah:

There is not much difference with anime and manga, except that anime is just better at showing what really goes on. They are both legit sources of evidence. The Susano is colored in such a way for a reason and its the same with almost anything in the manga. Just because Totsuka sword and Yata mirror are sacred treasures, it does not mean that they are the greatest things to exist in Naruto. By the logic, Itachi is the strongest character and even powerful than Rikudo Sennin. This is clearly fanboying and overrating someone who is dead and inferior as opposed to characters like Hashirama, Obito, Madara and Rikudo Sennin.

Okay let's not fanboy but let's get real and use pure logic. Firstly, the things we're arguing about are all connected to the Sage. But you tell me which is most important out of these two; the Rinnegan eyes or the spiritual weapons? This should be obvious and it is clearly the Rinnegan, as without them the Sage would not be able to see and would lose half of his powers. The Sons of the Sage are proof of this. The Sage's powers split in half and were passed onto his two sons; elder son and the younger son. Furthermore supporting Rinnegan's importance is that without the spiritual weapons, the Sage would still be able to live. :yeah:

Next, no where in the manga does it say that Itachi is invincible with or without the spiritual weapons. Although I agree, he is ALMOST invincible with the spiritual weapons and that should basically mean that his opponent/s can do something about him using the weapons. There are a number of ways to stop Itachi even with the spiritual weapons. You're also underestimating the powers of the Rinnegan. The Rinnegan also has access to nearly all jutsu and almost all abilities that exist. It's just as powerful as the spiritual weapons if not greater. It's Rikudo's eyes for God sakes(no pun intended).

Besides, Nagato was fighting with Naruto and Killer B. Itachi just happened to intervene in the fight. If it was Nagato Vs Itachi(1v1), the result would obviously be different. Itachi couldn't even counter/negate Chibaku Tensei alone. He needed the help of Naruto to use rasenshuriken and Killer B for TBB.
