That's just AIR. Is weak. And it can't hit Foddera-chan when she sits on Katsuyu. According to the databook this is a close- med ranged attack.

Current Sakura wins mid diff against Neji/Hiashi. The only thing that even makes it mid diff is the Heavenly Rotation, without that Sakura would win neg diff.

But if you meant 1 vs 1:

Sakura vs Hinata => Sakura wins

Sakura vs Neji => Kind of uncertain because we don't know all that Sakura can do with her new powerup, but right now, at the current manga, Neji wins, no discussion...

Sakura vs Hiashi => Sakura loses terribly... Omitting his Dojutsu, and his Elite Taijutsu, have you seen his Hakke Kusho?? Is just too badass... Sakura has no long range skill that can compare to that...
