A Healthy Nagato is a mountain buster much like Madara and Hashirama [he could destroy forests at 0 chakra in his Edo state]. The power difference is negligible.

And if the legs of Shinsusenju [the weakest point] are blown off, the statue will fall and be useless. Add to the fact Nagato can fly and technically go out of its reach...
