In fact rotation when compared to gaaras sand and susanoo at similar levels of size and strength is a far better defense than both just because it spins. It cant be 'broken' because there is nothing to break. Neji is intelligent, he was really tactical in his battle with Kidomaru; Hiashi is much more experienced than anyone in this matchup.
