Thats the most basic way of saying what it is.

In fact rotation when compared to gaaras sand and susanoo at similar levels of size and strength is a far better defense than both just because it spins. It cant be 'broken' because there is nothing to break. Its not a wall of chakra, but a dome of rapidly spinning chakra so there is no one weak point on it nor is it weak to any sort of piercing and blunt force like the other 2 are.

Oh and if your best arguement against this is the one with kn0 naruto vs neji in part 1 then you will have to try again. Such useless and baseless assumptions on the matter are pointless.
