Hmmmm....if he had Sasuke's team then yes. Way better. He would have killed A with a Rasenshuriken combined with Bunshin feints, his sensing would let him see through Shee's genjutsu, giant Rasengans with the right combo with Suigetsu and Jugo would kill Darui and Shee
That would be the first SM. Hebwouldnhave taken care of Raikage's team before Gaara's squad arrives.
The second would involve Rasenshuriken killing Gaara with the right combo taking advantage of the fact that he is restricted to gourd sand then easily taking out Kankuro by shattering his puppets with frog Kata and Rasengans and killing Temari with Suigetsu and Jugo's help.
At this stage only Samurai fodder will remain and can be dealt with easily using up the remains of his second SM.
He would have only one clone remaining to gather SM chakra. He can dispel this clone to replenish his senjutsu and enter his third SM then make two more clones to gather SM chakra...
He can bust into the kage summit room, dodge Mifune's attack with sensing then kill him with frog kata. Dodge Mizukage's lava, sense the approaching Chojuro and evade his blade as well....by this time, Danzo would have fled and Ao would be in pursuit...and Onoki and his party would not be involved yet.
Remember that Suigetsu and Jugo are still alive here so they'll go after Chojuro. Naruto won't get trapped in a room simply cuz sage strength can bust the walls so there would be no acid mist. Naruto can kill the Mizukage if she can't use her acid since his giant Rasengans would drill through her water tebhs and lava techs. Hidden most is of no use since Naruto is a sensor in SM. Her loss is inevitable.
That should be the third SM. He dispels a clone to enter his fourth SM.
At this junction Onoki would get involved....so SM Naruto would need Tobi to come save his ass XD but he'll do waaay better than Sasuke.
Even if all doesn't go exactly like this..there's no denying the fact that the guy who has a handy S-Rank jutsu and giant Rasengans which according to the data book can hollow out mountains as well as a taijutsu style that can attack regardless of dodging and kill instantly would be able to make it. This is me not even adding toad summons to the picture!
