Where does it say Obito can still use Kamui?
On the page he says that he cannot be reckless, Mangapanda translates to ,"I cannot jump dimensions"
As such, Obito has made no claim that he cannot use Kamui, and becoming a host would not end his original abilities considering it has never changed things for other Jinjruiki.
Also, he reatains his sharingan so it only furthers the concept that he still has it.
I always thought mangapanda > *********** I could be wrong though. U_U
Manga Panda rushes their translations and typically has the first release. For 90% of the time... pretty much everything works; however, on occasion, they make errors.
For example in a previous chapter they mention the Kyubi's TBB, when it should be the Juubi's.
Comparativly, *********** ususally has a later release time (8 a.m. Eastern Standard vs Manga Panda's 3 a.m. Eastern Standard Time) wich results from a more thorough translation.
