Cell was stronger, but Goku willingly gives up to Cell, he didn't get his ass kicked.

Pain(Cell) fights Naruto and ends up on the winning side.

Pain was losing to Naruto from the very beginning until Deva Path came back.

Pain pisses off Naruto by hurting loved ones

Everyone hurts loved ones. And last time I checked, Cell hurt loved ones to force Gohan into full power. Pain hurt loved ones because they were in the way.

I don't see Six Tailed Mode being controlled or having yellow hair with lightning.

Gohan doesn't get his ass kicked in SSJ2.

What if I told you every shonen manga is bound to have some similar elements. It's like saying "Rapper A" is a rip off from "Rapper B" because they both rap about weed or something. It's not a rip off. They're just the same genre.
