But to Sasuke it's like this:

MS - didn't need to worry about it really (Naruto attacks him - can't avoid anyway - Itachi planned all this - Killed himself - Sasuke did nothing, acutally was spared)
EMS - Obito gave it as a gift.

What if itachi died early before the confrontation between the uchiha's brother, would he be able to get EMS, also MS can get you blind in no time, itachi was kind of lucky of not using it too much
