While I agree Kakashi could win none of your examples were good points for your thesis. Kakashi has the weakness to each of Sasuke's chakra nature(water and Earth) and has a stronger version of Chidori than Sasuke. He also has the age, as I've said in numerous other threads, Males in their mid 20's early 30's are at their physical peak not when they're 16. Kakashi is more adapt to fighting than Sasuke. These are all points you could have used to support your argument.

To be honest, this match up doesn't even require such a long thread. It's simple.

Both Sasuke and Kakashi are rare geniuses. But surprise, Sasuke is of pure Uchiha blood. He can utilize the Sharingan in ways Kakashi can't. It's already been said hundreds of chapters ago, Kakashi's body isn't meant to handle the Sharingan because he isn't of Uchiha descent. It weakens his body the more he uses it. It doesn't matter how hard he trains, the affects are still there. To make matters even worse for Kakashi we're comparing a MS to an EMS.

Really, just give it up. You can try to use Kakashi's Kamui as a way to give him this match but that only goes so far.
Sasuke wins in the end whether I or anyone else likes it or not.

Kakashi was fully prepared to warp the Juubi away. He fought for DAYS without rest and any Kurama chakra. There are plenty of threads on Kakashi's current chakra capacity.
Kakashi can easily use Kamui more than 5 times.
He also single handedly defeated Rinnegan Obito. Im sorry but Sasuke simply lacks the feats to be established as a clear victor over Kakashi.
