Serious question here; Does anyone think of dreams like premonitions?

Last night I had a dream. I was in a Rick Ross Music Video, when out of nowhere this mother-****er tit-slapped me :| Like he moved towards me and smacked me in the mouth with his manboobs. D:

Woke up this morning, my sister said she wanted to go see Rick Ross in concert sometime soon :| Should I be worried?
