Ok, Maybe not in chapter 644, but chapters 645, 646 and/or 647 will be Madara's trump card or his attempt to use or get it!
I have two predictions of what might happen in the next chapter and/or the next few chapters when it comes to Madara's trump card or attempt to use it that is.Now! I do not know what Madara's trump card exactly is, but I have a pretty good idea of what it is and so does everyone else.
The First prediction: When Minato and Naruto enter full Kuruma mode (which will be gigantic in size) and defeat Obito once and for all. Madara will take that time to use the Rinne Tensei with all of the chakra recievers left over from the battle he and Obito had with Naruto, Bee, Kakashi and Guy and revive himself and unseal the Ten-Tails in an attempt to become it's Jinjurinki, but it falters and backfires completely and the Ten-Tails reaches it's final form and he is forced to team up with the Shinobi Alliance in order to prevent the Ten-Tails, now in it's original and most powerful form from destroying the world entirely. Then after the Ten-Tails is defeated, Naruto will try to become the Ten-Tails jinjurinki to save the world and bring peace just like how his previous incarnation (The Sage of The Six Paths) did, but Madara will intervene thus sparking the final battles which will be Team 7(Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura) vs. Madara, The Ten Kage(Four former Hokages, Tsunade, Mizukage, Raikage, etc.), Rookie Nine and the remaining Shinobi Alliance vs Madara Uchiha and the concluding battle of the manga being Naruto Uzumaki vs Madara Uchiha!
The Second Prediction: After Minato and Naruto enter full Kuruma Mode and defeat Obito, Minato decides to seal Yin Kuruma into Naruto. Madara reveals his trump card to be none other than Naruto himself, but under Madara's control. How? Remember that Naruto for the most part undid the seal that had Kuruma locked up thus couldn't go into Kuruma mode at all. Also, Madara possesses the Rinnigan and the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. With that being said, Madara can and quite possibly will easily penetrate Naruto's mind and manipulates a fully powered Kuruma from the inside and pin down Naruto inside his subconscious. Outside of Naruto's mind, Naruto now under complete control of Madara gains Rinnegan eyes and starts to attack his own allies without realizing it. Madara directs Hashirama's attention to Naruto and then states that there is no way that he will be able to defeat him this time, especially now that he has a manipulated jinchuriki on his side. Madara-controlled Naruto then enters full Kuruma mode which is even more powerful now that the Yin and Yang are inside of him and charges a massive tailed beast ball at the Shinobi Alliance. Shocked and devestated that Naruto has virtually become Madara's puppet, the remaining of the Shinobi Alliance try to reach out to Naruto and tell him to fight back Madara's control, but to no avail. Naruto's father Minato tries the same thing and it briefly stops Naruto, but Madara sees this and surpresses Naruto's conscience even more. Believing that Naruto can still be saved from Madara's control, Sakura reaches out to Naruto in tears (just like what happened when Naruto battled Orochimauru) and this time it actually works and Naruto is able to resist Madara's control long enough to get out of Kuruma mode and Sasuke takes this oppertunity to enter Naruto's subconscious and battle Madara. Naruto and Sasuke manage to push Madara out of Naruto's subconscious for good and Naruto wakes up with his father, the Hokages and the Shinobi Alliance cheering with Sakura helping Naruto get back on his feet. In the middle of the rejoicing, Madara from miles across the battlefield performs the Rinne Tensei with the remaining Chakra recievers left behind by Obito when he was a Jinchuriki and then says "Don't cheer up now! If you think that was my trump card you are are wrong!! Naruto was just a mere distraction while I became the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki!!! You all are too late NOW!! Victory is mine!!!! Obito, barely alive mumbles to Madara "You..bastard...I....will...!" Madara then unseals the Ten-Tails and stabs Obito saying "No need to suffer Obito! You were a good disciple of mine. I will make sure you will no longer suffer in the world the I will create, but in the mean time I would like to have more fun before I perform Infinite Tsukuyomi!!" The Ten-Tails is unleashed and the first thing it does is send Madara flying across the Battlefield where Hashirama and the Shinobi Alliance is and undergoes it's final transformation into it's original and most powerful form. When the Ten-Tails reaches it's final form it gains a conscious and as a result it yells across to the Shinobi alliance and to Madara INSULANT MORTALS!! DID YOU REALLY THINK THAT I WOULD GO DOWN SO EASILY!!?? Worse! Being sealed inside one of you for the THIRD TIME!!!??. The fully conscious Ten-Tails then sees Naruto once again and yells to Naruto that he is indeed the reincarnation of the Sage of the Six Paths as he recognizes him at first glance. A shocked Naruto then awakens the Rinnegan to stop a hurralling tailed beast ball coming at him and a major battle ensues between the two. Meanwhile, Madara unleashes his complete Susanoo and distracts the Shinobi Alliance long enough for Naruto to vanquish the Ten-Tails. When the Ten-Tails is defeated, Naruto is surprised to see Madara on top on the defeated and unconscious Ten-Tails and performs a sealing Jutsu to become it's Jinchuriki, but at the same time so does Naruto thus canceling both of the sealing jutsus! Madara and Naruto battle on top of the Ten-Tails to determine who will become the jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails!
