So it seems shelke is not the only crazy person around the base who thinks that Neji loses no diff. in that case the ratio of sasuke fanboys to other people in this thread is far too high and anything posted will inevitably be ignored in favor of the more popular character without thnking of the abilities of the other person, but then again when it comes to "Lord" Sasuke, all is irelevant.

So im not replying to anyones post unless they give a much better arguement as to why sasuke would "rape" neji no diff.

If you do want me to consider the posts of anyone here It must be fully explained and take into the account the abilities and skill of neji as well, not just fanning sasuke all day long. DB stats are required in this. No "DB stats are BS" This will be considered incomplete arguementation to say anything and not have proof from the DB and will be ignored completely.

All statements to the effect of "Sasukes taijutsu is better. Sharingan FTW" and "Byakugan, rotation etc(insert hyuuga clan jutsu here) is weak, chidori destroys instantly" will be ignored.

Statements to the effect of "Lol neji avasig? Neji fanboy" will also be ignored.

Well, I do not feel like debating, but I am curious to your argument as to why Neji wins and the difficulty. I am pretty open to others ideas and arguments. Mine posting?

I do not feel like debating as of right now, I also haven't gauged Hebi Sasuke's abilities completely. Let me read through his abilities and get back to you.

Rotation Tanks alot of Sasuke's arsenal,

And Neji has the reflexes to deal with Sasuke's speed, not to mention there will be no ambushes due to byakugan

I Disagree. Rotation does repell the majority of Sasuke arsenal and Byakugan does decrease the chances of ambushes but I do not agree with Neji's reflexes being enough to "deal with Sasuke's speed." I also have a hard time believing Neji is landing the 64 palms on Sasuke to end this match.

I never said that Sasuke's Raiton based arsenal could not be blocked by the Rotation. Sasuke's Shunsin was used from a great distance for a close combat attack[

]. IT is also controversial if Sasuke was aiming or Deidara, Tobi or simple to run through the both of them. Sasuke has multiple option for stopping the 64 palms before it becomes a threat.

According to the databooks Neji's speed is the same as Sasuke's 4.5.

Also Neji emits chakra that surrounds himself, He can detect anything or anyone that enters that area, I think it kinda works the same way as jiraiya's sensing barrier

The Shunsin is classified as a Ninjutsu it does not register in the databook as speed but rather as Ninjutsu. It allows one to move at untraceable speeds which is why Neji cannot react to his speed. This is the speed I am referring to. I agree with the rest of your post.
