Tsunade will show a new technique, I'm almost certain about it.
Dunno about the other Kages, they shouldn't get new abilities or else they will overshadow Hiruzen's or Tsunade's abilities.

They were all run out of chakra ( except Tsunade ), so I doubt they were able to counterattack. Madara simply stomped them and walked away.

Honestly only mei has room for new techniques IMO. She's the only one with little panel time, no flashbacks and few jutsu. Everyone else has had a massive share of screentime to show off their entire arsenal, especially tsunade, gaara and oonoki, though tsunade getting a powerup could be a little possible since she's usually a medic.
