When Minato was talking to Sasuke, Kakashi was on the battlefield fighting Obito.
And now when Minato's arrived on the battlefield and fighting Obito, Kakashi is still in the dimension.

When there have been chances, 2 of Team Minato are fighting, whilst the other has been absent.

This could mean that Kishi either doesn't want to put more characters on the battlefield, or he is saving something big for when all three of them meet together.

I think it is right for kishi to delay the re appear of kakashi from kamui to battlefield.Because he is exhausted.Even if he comes he need medical attention.I wanted him to rest a bit before come to battlefield.
