naruto characters in general have a high propensity to shoulder burdens and blame themselves for every fault, a conspicuous trait in most characters. But can you really blame him. Who would've thought that such a malevolent diabolical being would be none other than his sweet, goofy innocent student? Being perplexed, baffled and emotional is really expected. Come on, till this day even we of NB can't fathom Tobi=Obito.

Even Kakashi couldn't bring himself hurt Obito at first. It seem like Obito was his favorite student. It gotta be hard(to accept) watching some guy who helps old ladies turn into a douche who's trying to end the world.

As dumb as Obito reason for being evil is, you must admit, to some degree it is Minato's fault. Who knows how the world would have turned out if realized it was Obito earlier, saved Obito from being crushed by rocks, saved Rin, Any of those events could have possible prevented the Uchiha Massacre. Regardless, whether it's his fault or not, he had to the power to change these outcomes.

This isn't something someone can just shake off.
