Kirin, isn't a Senjutsu technique. Yes, it uses "Natural Lightning" - But, you're following Real Life Logic, and not "Naruto" Logic. Going by "Real Life Logic", yes, Kirin is Natural Energy. Kishimoto Logic? No.

Well, if the Juubi was Natural Energy, then so are the tailed beast since they were formed from it. This means that Naruto (given he can learn to utilize a TBB) and Killer Bee can top Kirin as well.
