I think some here are underestimating him. I think Pre TS Luffy would struggle mightily against him, so I'll say 300 mill. That's in full on steroid mode ofc. Without it, I'd give him around 100 mill, give or take.

I don't know in my opinion without pills he's like equal to arlong and with the pills it doesn't matter because they have huge side effects. Zoro beat him UNDER WATER easily and he's a fishman! On land without pills he's borderline fodder
