[Theory] The Pinnacles of Susanoo and its Relation to the Daitengu and Karasu-Tengu

I must tell you again, great thread. And to add, in regards to Sasuke and perhaps one of the reasons why we haven't seen his Final Susano'o in well over a year is that perhaps it is currently undergoing these changes, losing some of it's Karasu-Tengu like form over his past few battles.
If seeking and gaining knowledge, rather than remaining in ignorance, can metamorphose one into a Daitengu, according to Tengu myths, then, perhaps Kishi may go a similar route with Susano'o transformation this time, rather than growth through hatred as we've already seen. There have been many, many occasions where Sasuke has gained knowledge by explanation, or gone out to seek knowledge, rather than choosing to remain in ignorance, even in the most recent chapter. In his fight with Kabuto, he was given a run down of his team members abilities and clans, the Uchiha's past and their usage of Izanagi and Izanami, and Itachi showed him the events leading to and the Uchiha's final moments through his own eyes. Further when Sasuke seeks out the purpose of Shinobi and Villages, and obtains what he sought from the Hokage. There are many examples, too many for me to honestly locate and list each instance, enough for me to suggest that it is an obvious trend.

Wow! Thanks for all the intelligent information and not just a bunch of crap made up to back a particular belief or theory! That was all very interesting and I hope to see Sasuke's Susanoo reach new heights (and nose/beak lengths) very soon in the chapters to come! .......and I agree with "Dante"..... It would be awesome if Sasuke's could fly! Lol Dark terror lightning from above! =D

This is definitely a strong possibility, it probably isn't a coincidence that Kishimoto is leaving this power-up until after Sasuke has lost his ignorance. This would definitely fall in line with some of the Tengu mythology.

Based on my theory, I'm quite confident that Madara's Mangekyō Sharingan Final Susanoo would have resembled Itachi's and Sasuke's.

Thank you! This explains why their Susanoo looks quite different. I must admit I didn't know what mythical creatures Tengu were and it was nice to learn about the two types of Tengu and how it relates to the different stages of Susanoo. This is one of the reasons why I love Kishi's work - most, if not all, of his ideas are based from mythology and not just something he created out of nowhere.

Good theory. I don't know if you didn't cover this or I missed it, but MS Sasuke's Susano'O was just like Itachi's and got the beak after he got EMS. This adds even more weight to your thread.
