Onwards, to the point!

I believe that the Eight gate, the gate of death, uses NATURE ENERGY.
Why?

When the seventh gate is activated, your muscles fibres are ripped to shreds, so how can you generate more power?
You bring it in from the outside world, A.K.A Nature energy.

I think that when you open the gate of death, you bring in a hella lot of Nature energy, kick some ass in a pseudo Gate/sage mode and then die, because nature energy kills those who absorb to much, remember?

Could guy hurt Juubito?

Can Kakashi use the eighth gate? It's been shown the he can use ATLEAST One, if guy can use 8, I don't see why he can't.

Will Guy and Kakashi sacrifice their lives, and deal a blow to Juubito that will save the alliance?

It's either this or someone else gets SM, and that's way to lame.

2 Things.

1)The plot is looking for someone to use Natural energy, and we all assume Gai will open the 8th gate.

2)How can you generate more energy than there is in the body? Nature energy will do that for you.

+ no-one has done it yet, so who knows.

Nearly vomited after reading that one line! Gai and Kakashi are completely different when it comes to just what makes them so formidable. Gai has chakra reserves and taijutsu that have been pushed to the very limit. Kakashi relies solely on his sharingan and as of lately spams his Kamui.

Gai trains himself harder than anyone in the entire Narutoverse, I don't think anyone else has the ability to push their body half as far as he does.

Obito just absorbed the juubi, an entity made of infinite nature energy for christs sake..

If youre referring to naruto defeating preta path, that was explained as when one cannot balance the chakra one becomes a toad then a statue if you continue to absorb it without being able to properly balance it..

although I agree with you about Kakashi not being able to use the 8th gate, Lee does push his body nearly as far Gai, so that^ statement is incorrect

That's because he is the Juubi's jinchuuriki, it's different Natural energy, I Assume.

When you cannot balance the energy ( Too much ) You become a 'toad statue' in the case of the toad sages.
What about absorbing just ALOOT more natural energy from everything? wouldn't you simply die? it's an explosive amount.

Also, I know Gai works harder, But Kakashi has always been shown to be 'superior' I don't make the manga, I just read it.

Bold. That is your evidence? You just assume it is that easy. The Eight Gates relies mostly on the body while Senjutsu requires you to gather in natural energy and blend it with your own chakra. Gai has shown no signs of the ability to gather in natural energy.

This might happen; manga stated that ninjutsu is not working; meaning things other than that might do the trick; not one and only senjutsu.

Since gates are natural and does not involve any ninjutsu; the gates might have effect.

I am open to the idea of Might Gai using the Eight Gates which could be the counter as well to Obito negating Ninjutsu. However, when you say Senjutsu incorporation in the idea, you hit a curve.

Not 'Senjutsu'.
He's not becoming a sage, or using sage powers, he's just going to manipulate natural energy, Like kirin.
