Couldn't Minato make an extra KCM hand?

He's in Kyuubi Chakra Mode...shouldn't he able to make extra arms then to replace the one he lost?

He can than do all the jutsu he wants. The arms can be used to stabilize and maintain chakra (even if they aren't physical)..like Naruto does to create rasenshurikens in his KCM.

EDIT: I think he's pretty skilled to be able to use the arms off the bat. I mean he did just go into KCM pretty much without any help. Plus he's seen Naruto using the arms.
