minato takes it if summonings were allowed i think jiraiya might win. and arent ma and pa summonings to so when he went sage mode he woundnt be able to use them and his sagemode would not last as long

Jiraya is pretty fast in sage mode as well, but obviously slower. Take into account that everything is heightened in sage mode. That would mean his reflexes would be as well.

How is Jiraiya going to enter Sage Mode in battle without Ma and Pa? (Summonings which are restricted in this fight)
