Why is the manga in low quality?

^ Title. Plus, I guess they translated this off a Chinese scan, because all the other chapters we've read on Mangapanda have a better quality. Waiting for *********** translations though. I still smell a fake. Thoughts? :|

The usual Manga sites haven't got the scans they get from their typical sources.

They're relying on the leaked Chinese scans.

Wait 2 or 3 days and *********** will probably release high quality scans.

I searched a WSJ site. Issue 37/38 had Naruto chapter 642, i.e. on 6th August 2013, Wednesday. There's no new issue of WSJ after that, hinting that this chapter is fake or that it was intended to be released next Wednesday and leaked early by the Chinese scantalators. This chapter was an utter disappoinment!

I'm a little confused -- is this chapter an early release of the one being released this Wednesday coming, or is it late from the Wednesday just gone? If it's the one just gone, how come it was so late? Not complaining, just genuinely curious xD
