In fact, Naruto specifically stated that the Mazou's "foul" chakra...if that's what you were implying had "vanished" once the Juubi was revived. Where do you get this idea that it is some type of "foul" energy? Could you explain..?

You need to consider one thing here Sasuke need to create active thunder clouds by using powerful fire techniques, so it is ninjutsu and not senjutsu..
