He has a new body from the zetsu clone plus he has to find a replacement body when Sasuek wasn't available and his body Hiruzen damaged wore out. You should read the manga. Orochimaru always has the same appearance regardless of the host body he steals, now he has use of his arms back and a fresh body that can withstand the strain of Sage mode.
