Sasuke can still put Naruto in a Genjutsu.

Naruto wasnt a perfect jinchuuriki Lol you think sasuke can do that now.....he was able to suppress the kyuubi chakra that naruto had no control over! Now naruto doesn't have to worry about that happening again....sasuke just gave naruto his control back!!!

1 sasuke will never be as skilled in genjutsu as itachi or obito
2 you are speculating , just because obito and madara know how to put bijuu under genjutsu doesnt mean every other uchiha does
3 if sasuke was able to put a bijuu under genjutsu why didnt he do it against bee ? that would have damn near won the fight for him
4 kurama isnt even sealed in naruto in the same fashion anymore as he was before bm
5 how in the hell do you know that he can put naruto and kurama in a genjutsu at the same damn time

Sharingan's Paralysis Genjutsu.... Still immediately broke out as a normal Shinobi would be out of commission for at least a few minutes. Like I said, Sasuke's Genjutsu will have little to no effect on Kurama/Naruto
It's sort of obvious that Naruto can still fall for genjutsu. He's "Immune" because within seconds (or whenever both notice) Kurama can snap Naruto out rather quickly.
But, Sasuke lacks the overall skill in Genjutsu to put such a subtle thing on Naruto. Itachi might be capable of this, however. He was able to pull one over on Killer Bee.

When they went into the mind of the Tailed-Beast they were right in front of Tailed-Beast. Not behind or the side of it.
As the scans show with Bee, The Eight-Tails must touch Bee to release him. Genjutsu is instance. But it does seem to take time to Genjutsu a beast. Soo.. hmm..

Still doesn't prove that Genjutsu would work against Naruto.
He's actually friends with Kurama and is in full control of him.
