Since the manga is called "Naruto", Kishimoto and his fans can use the "Main Character-no Jutsu" as an excuse for him to learn it without actually learning it.

Well you may be right but then again what about that technique Minato mentioned? Since he has one arm he might have Naruto do it with him but then again that sounds far fetched and we don't really know much about the technique. Well I called it if it happens lol

Naruto needs knowledge of the second and his body plus seals to learn the jutsu and its a 1% chance he'd be able to do it. Which isn't going to happen, ever.

Speed =/= Teleportation, you can't get out of a barrier with high speed, only with teleportation, teleportation skips you from point A -> B while speed travels you from point A -> B.

You got that pretty accurate, but it has been foreshadowed that he will get it before, so don't deny it, the manga is called Naruto so Kishimoto and his fans have a good excuse for Kishimoto to give him random powerups.
