Asian people are much shorter than Westerners. Our height average, is inches taller than the Eastern Asian average. To us, 6 feet and above is tall, to them, 5' 7'' is considered tall. But to us, that's average. Someone like Hashirama (6' even) and Kisame (6' 4'') are considered giants there where they would be considered normal here.
