What do you guys think

A lot of you hate Sasuke because hes emo or didnt react to the situations hes been through, in a 'good' way.

How (and why) do you guys think that he shouldve reacted to; -> in order to be a likeable character.

1. His clan being killed.
2. Finding out the truth about Itachi

Edit: So not what he shouldnt have done, only what he shouldve done!

I feel he reacted perfectly in both situations. It's the story, so I just take it how it comes, sasuke reacted how he did and the show moves on. I hate people who hate sasuke for dumb reasons and think he should've acted differently or done whatever differently. At the same time tho, I hate sasuke wankers who just suck him off like a freakin Popsicle. I like sasuke as a character and thought he developed wonderfully

He's my favourite character. I don't hate him. U_U
1. I think he reacted good enough. You can't expect him to forget about it and continue with his life. His desire for revenge was justified.
2. Again, how could people think he should've came back, and protected the people he hate? Just to take Itachi's place. I think he should've just kill Danzou, without wanting to destroy Konoha.

2. I think he reacted the right way when it came to Danzo.. he also tried to kill Tobi..

but trying to kill Sakura, Karin, Kakashi were just bad ideas and not nice at all. <.<

Nagato killed the Leaf shinobi .. then revived them.. people love him no matter what.. :sasuke:

but Sasuke being an unlikeable character at some point disliking him is bound to happen ... I did at one point..
but when he almost died fighting Haku (I luv'd him ever since) and when he was acting all crazy emo trying to kill everyone and acting mysterious like he only acts and doesn't think I shifted to not caring , but I luv'd him even more..

I find Sasuke OK, but he's deffinatly over reacting.

1. I understand his clan, and can respect him joining Orochimaru. It wasn't like he actually allied with him, but instead used him.

2. Reacting and wishing to avenge Itachi is justifiable, but DESTROY KONOHA?! Really?!


The Konoha Elders (Hiruzen's Advisors), Danzo, Obito, Itachi: They are the only people left alive responsible for the death of his clan (the clan is dead so those responsible there are also dead). The Konoha Elders only really even play a minor role as it was mostly Danzo.

So I'd say he's just in killing those people listed, but the decision that ALL of Konoha must die: Rediculous.


Currently his apparent mind set to destroy the Bijuu and thus Killer Bee and Naruo seems also ridiculous. He's acting on the Uchiha Tablet so until we know what he read... I'll assume ridiculous.

Idk dude, I've liked most of the villains in all of the big 3, with the exception of Blackbeard in one piece, and Aizen in bleach. Both of those guys are just too bastardly to like IMO

I'm okay with how he reacted to his clan being killed, but not how he found out about Itachi. It's not hard to understand why.

1.He should've stayed true to Itachi's wishes, Itachi killing the clan may have saved sasukes life cuz if there were a coup, other villages could have taken advantage of the mayhem going on from a civil war in konoha, he could've died either way but Itachi wanted to make sure he'd live, so he's acting like a baby about his clan, no offense but they were gonna mess too much stuff up, Sasuke needs to realize this and grow the hell up. I'm not saying it'd be easy but sometimes you have to focus on the greater good.

2.He's an even bigger douche for disrespecting his bros dying wish, Itachi sacrificed so much for sasuke and he dashed it to the rocks, squandering the power that Itachi gave him to protect konoha on dreams of revenge, He was really selfish for that one.

I would have preferred it had he went through with Itachi's wishes and returned to Konoha, It was from that moment on that I didn't care for his character, if he had to do revenge it should have only been against the elders not the ENTIRE villiage, sacrificing his teammates was a d**k move too

I looked it up, you're right. But he said that he couldnt relate with sasuke because genius characters are hard to relate to, not because he is evil/emo or something

Killing Sakura/Kakashi was the right thing to do, they wanted to kill him first anyway, that was their sole reason for going there. Killing Karin however was f*cked up. I would've done the same though. Almost out of chakra and waste a chance that I might never get again to avenge my family to save that girl? I simply wouldnt value her (even half) as much as my family.
