Naruto's Height in Pixels = 25 Pixels (He's bent over in this scan so this will represent half of his height)
Naruto's Canon height = 166 cm
FRS's explosion height in pixels = 490 Pixels

490 / 25 = 19.6
166cm / 2 = 83 cm

83 x 19.6 = 1626.8 cm or 53.37 feet

Naruto's FRS Height is 53.37 feet

Cirumfrence = 2 x 3.14 x r
Cirumfrence = 2 x 3.14 x 26.685
Cirumfrence = 167.581

The Cirumfrence of FRS is 167.58 feet
