Nagato has Madara's rinnegan eyes so he can do rinnegan tech.whereas madara will only have MS if Izuna is alive and Shisui is not even born in that era.

If it's just Madara and Izuna the Akatsuki win mid difficulty imo. If it's the entire old Uchiha clan...imo there is no way in hell the Akatsuki could win. Not in a million years.
