If you were to fight the old Uchiha as in having Madara and Izuna then Akatsuki will win...Madara doesnt have EMS or Rennigan if Izuna is alive so keep that in mind -.-

Uchiha clan know how to work as a team and collect unit a lot more than Akatsuki does..
especially in war.... hwoever Zetsu in the thousands would be a problem especially since Zetsu/Itachi/Tobi know enough about the Uchiha of that era.

The old Uchiha only have Izuna, Madara, and pending time Tajima as notable Uchiha...

I'd say Akatsuki wins. They have Nagato and Itachi to match the skill sets needed to handle Madara.

Kakuzu grew up in the same time period and was alive during the manga.

Kisame and Sasori basically have power the equivalent of Kakuzu

Deidara and Konan have flight.

Zetsu is the ultimate assassin/is the land/Mokuton

Hidan is immortal and skilled with Scythjutsu

Akatsuki.....they got this XD!
