Okay before you get a nerd rage listen, She is Tsunade's student and is pretty strong not to mention knows how to handle the work that Hokages have to do, and with her as hokage, Naruto can become a lone ranger much like Jiraiya, thus giving us a new story arch in which naruto is an adult.

I don't think she's worthy honestly. The fact that she did not have the resolve to kill Sasuke and that she still cares for him after he's attempted to kill her twice makes me feel she's not ready to make tough decisions like a Hokage would have to. She should just stay a medic.

OT : the current sakura would make a good hokage, but again this is not her story (it's about the other blond kid). though in my opinion, Gui/shikamaru should be next in line (if kakashi/naruto/tsunade died).
