Could it be possible that Orochimaru's part in this is to give Sasuke another cure seal mark so he can fight against Juubito with his seal. The seal is partly made of senjutsu so it would be partly effective on Juubito.

I doubt it. Orochimaru is more interested in Sasuke (no surprise there). He mentioned in some shape or form that maybe it's time to pass on his dreams/wishes/desires onto the new generation. Otherwise, like always, Orochimaru will find a way to cause chaos to satisfy his "eccentric" hobbies.
I'm just taking a guess since curse mark came from Juugo's clan, which uses senjutsu chakra to transform, and I also think that some of Oro's senjutsu chakra are given to the users when receiving the seal. I could be wrong though.
What if he gives Sasuke the seal and then Sasuke fights Juubito and defeat him along with Naruto and then they fight for title of Hokage but runs out of chakra and then Oro takes over? Probably won't happen but...
I remember something about the cursed mark was from Juugo's clan. Something about Oro studying on how Juugo keeps going berserk and then finds out that it's because of senjutsu chakra, from the dragon cave, and decides to make his own cursed seal. It went something like that.

Those who can not properly absorb nature energy turn to stone. Do you see that happening to Jugo? Jugo's clans abilities come directly from Ryuchi cave as I showed in the scan above. IF Jugo can balance the nature energy he absorbs with his own chakra(which he can't hence the rampages) then he could attain Sage mode. Despite not being a sennin he has senjutsu. I'm done with you, you didn't even know Orochimaru has sage mode but the body he had previously was too worn down to withstand it. Wait till upcoming chapters now that he has a fresh body and he shows his senjutsu.
