Tsunade can possible defeat him. Katsuyu is a major factor in this though. And I think her healing should counter with explosions

Waste of effort. He could just learn the Shadow Clone Jutsu and the Great Clone Explosion Jutsu. And itt doesn't take much to solo fodder like Neji and the rest.

He allready has shadow clones, and why use great clone explosion when you can use C0.
Logicaly, he could make the akatsuki redundant my making a shadow clone, having it burrow under a village and detonate it with C0, instantly killing thousands and working like nagato's plan with the bijuu. then do that to the other villages.
