They don't really have a decent counter to Aoda in the first place. Considering Sasuke can not only put out amaterasu, but also has itachi's eyes, I'll go off on a leap and say he could possibly put out itachi's amaterasu.

I don't know. I'd only assume Sasuke can put out itachi's because he has itachi's eyes, not the other way around. But, Let's assume they can both put out each other's amaterasu just so this can at least be a bit amusing.
Well, Sasuke does lose now....he hasn't shown that much of impressive feats with the Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan that would allow to beat both Itachi and Kisame....but he should be far above both of them together when he learns the true "power" of the Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan(yes, i believe the Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan will be far more haxxx than people are going expect it from).

Well, since we assumed Itachi can put out Amaterasu there is a counter to the Masive Enton Spam, And i do believe they have a decent counter to Aoda:

Kisames Water Style: Super Exploding Water Shockwave Is big enough to trap Aoda, which in combination with his Water Prison Shark Dance Jutsu makes it very difficult for Sasuke and his summon to escape. Not only that but it also gives Kisame the advantage of Underwater combat, which he is an expert on.

Difficulting even further Sasukes escape we have Itachi, using long ranged attacks such as Yasaka Magatama to damage and distract Sasuke from getting out of the Water Dome.
