I see a lot of people on this forum and youtube, commenting about how Call of Duty is the same thing every year. And I must say, that is complete and utter bull. And that is just jumping on a bandwagon.


So Please tell me, what is the life changing difference in BF3 and BF4?

i dont think its anything life changing like with my self ive been playing cod since its ps1 days but recently i just kind of burnt out on call of duty.so playing something new and different like battlefield is a breath of fresh air.i still like cod i just dont play it any more.

Look dude, cod uses the same physx engine on almost every of its sequels after cod 4, basically not changing much other then some in game tweaks and improving texture/lighting and some other basic effects...I enjoyed bo1 and mw2 ....but after that I couldn't enjoy the game to the fullest as I did previously..

it's a good game, not saying it's bad, but for me? It's got boring, I play it sometime and enjoy it but I still prefer bf3 and halo to be overall better games according to my opinion. Just like some people who like naruto over one piece and some vice versa, people would simply state their own opinions on what they like and what they don't like ...and moreover what title they prefer over cod or other games, in the end, it all comes down to personal opinions ...

Unlike Battlefield, CoD actually change a lot of things.

-Now customizable characters.

-Female Soldiers.

-New weapons.

-Now destructible maps.

-New movements. Slide, Lean, and hopping over obstacles.

-New knifing animations.

-New perks and scorestreaks.

I could go on, but somehow it's still the same thing from last year. The only thing the same is probably it making billions of dollars.

Ur obviously fanboying cod now....those aren't changing, they're adding. Other then that the graphical/physx engine are the same, but are tweaked to look a little better. If u move from halo 3 to reach and to 4, and from bfbc2 to bf3 ..u can actually feel a big change, like they actually did a whole lot to change the game making it look different by providing the game with a new set of graphical engine and gameplay style...and adding major elements to make the game look more drastic. While cod looks the same.

Just cause the game has many sales doesn't make it an overall better game, billions of people buy justin biebers albums and that doesn't make him a good singer

Still have not told me what has changed from BF3 to BF4.

The new engine Frostbite 3 which is actually a new engine that improves graphics by a lot. IW and Treyarch use the same enginge over and over with minor graphic tweaks.

more destuction added you can now blow up buildings in bf3 only had minor destruction and in BF4 its not linear where ass in Ghosts it will be the same thing being destroyed over and over.

They added a new country China

The news commander mode wher you can see the whole map and loads of info on it and order your teamates to go places.

hmm ............ but it's true that call of duty has been the same since the first modern warfare, same engine/same everything.

i liked call of duty at the beginning until i played BF BC then got BF3 and may i say BF3 has the best in online experience in all the games mentioned (teamwork, monster engine/great visuals/very realistic).

but i will be honest with you aside from all the crap people say about COD ghost (making fun of the dog and the OLD fish mechanics) it seriously looks promising. seems like it's gonna have FLAVOR/excellent characterization instead of the old dull COD characters and a very good/interesting story (worth playing the offline campaign).

am a HUGE BF3 fan and stopped playing COD along time ago BUT, between ghost and BF4, i think am going for ghost.
graphics are not everything and ghost might not look as good as BF4 but the graphics are still decent.
