Current Kakashi vs Part 1 Orochimaru? [POLL]

So imagine if current manga Kakashi (assuming chakra is back to normal) were to face part 1 Orochimaru.

Who do you think would win and why?

Imo, I would say Kakashi wins mainly due to his sharingan with Kamui.

EDIT: Alright and lets say that Orochimaru knows about Kamui (how many times Kakashi can use it, how it works..etc.)

Current Kakashi can give current Oro one hell of a fight as is. Current Kakashi would beat part 1 Oro without a ton of difficulty, especially if he doesn't have sacrifices to use Edo Tensei.

Orochimaru, even in Part II, doesn't really have anything on Kakashi attribute wise. Kakashi is faster, has precognitive abilities thanks to the Sharingan, has shown superior proficiency in Taijutsu, and has a much wider and more versatile array of ninjutsu, not to mention top tier in battle tactical abilities. Orochimaru's only notable jutsu are his oral rebirth, which will allow him to survive several lethal hits, and his snake tidal wave, which can probably be avoided with a Doton. The main issue would be whether or not warping a large portion of the eight branch mode would kill it, since it is stated to have the ability to regrow. If it can regrow from having its heads / Orochimaru warped, then Orochimaru wins.

In Part I, Orochimaru has no chance. He did not show oral rebirth yet. His entire arsenal consists of lesser snake arm techniques, a sub-par Futon, and summoning snakes. Kakashi does not need Kamui to deal with Part I Orochimaru. Assuming Orochimaru has his Edo Kage, that still should not be an issue given a quick warp would do away with them.

Lol... KAKASHI WENT TOE TO TOE WITH 4 V2 JINJURICKIS WITH NO HELP, KILLER BEE WAS FIGHTING THE 4 TAILS, NARUTO WAS INSIDE THE 4 TAILS, AND GAI WAS FIGHTING THE 6 TAILS....
